tst_QSqlQuery: fix some tests
Fix some tests in tst_QSqlQuery:
- make sure to use QSql::HighPrecision in tst_QSqlQuery::precision()
(needed for psql)
- remove outdated stuff for mysql 3.x
- psql_bindWithDoubleColonCastOperator: the placeholder are stored as
named placeholders in psql
- avoid some useless old-style casts
