Like as QT_QPA_PLATFORM, supports specifying multiple keys, and can
perform fallback operations to prioritize the use of a certain plug-in.
This is useful when using Wayland and XWayland applications at the same
time. For an example, we can set "QT_IM_MODULES=wayland;fcitx", and the
wayland application will use the wayland input context plugin, the
xwayland application will use fcitx, which can't be done without adding
a new environment variable, if we specify "QT_IM_MODULE=wayland", the
XWayland applications may not be able to use the input method.

Done using clang-tidy. This is not complete as
run-clang-tidy can't handle all of qtbase in one go.

- Use perfect forwarding for the additional argument.
- Provide a variadic template version
- Deprecate qLoadPlugin1() — there's no reason for a different name
— and fix all callers in qtbase.
- Provide non-variadic overloads for up to three additional args
(QPlatformIntegration rolled its own function because it needs
three args).

Input context selection works differently across platforms. On some
platforms it is not possible to request a specific context at all
(e.g. Wayland). This will be unified, depending on the environment
variable "QT_IM_MODULE", you will get:
- null: default (platform) context, if defined (otherwise no context)
- empty: no context
- set: set one, if it exists and is valid (otherwise no context)
[ChangeLog][Platform Specific Changes] Haromnized input context selection.
QT_IM_MODULE environment variable will be taken into account.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Was added with 19a39a4 to allow no input context to be created.
Broken by commit 24c10b0. Especially if compose input context didn't
get compiled, the first input context found was loaded.
Also made Xcb integration use compose plugin by default.

When switching from Xlib to xcb platform plugin it was agreed that
XIM is deprecated. Users should be using QT_IM_MODULE to load input context
plugin for a more advance input method framework support.
The proposed solution is to parse the compose file directly from Qt. This
approach removes the overhead of communication protocols used in Xlib and/or IBUS.
TableGenerator class follows [1].
The compose file is searched for in the following order:
1) If the environment variable $XCOMPOSEFILE is set,
its value is used as the name of the Compose file.
2) If the user’s home directory has a file named
.XCompose, it is used as the Compose file.
3) The system provided compose file is used by mapping the
locale to a compose file from the list in
/usr/share/X11/locale/compose.dir.
Regarding step 3 - TableGenerator searches in hard-coded locations for
system-provided compose files. Here I have introcuded a new environment
variable QTCOMPOSE which can be used to prepend an extra location
to be searched.
