Strange looking in Power BI Servie Report

Hi Community,

Here is the visuals I created on Power BI Desktop as shown here;

When I published it to Power BI Services, it looks a bit weird with scroll bars around it, as shown here;

May I know what is causing this issue? Another thing I observed that the background/Text colors in the reports shown in Power BI Services are also looks dufferent.

Hope someone could explain. TIA
