How to add notes in power bi

hello everyone;

Can I add a note to a visualization that will show up when the mouse is hoverd over it  like in this picture?

look when you over some coloumn and rows it shows some notes

or this is also okey .

but i don't know how to do it .

i can't find notes places and tooltip places in my power bi can you please help how can i find it?

Second option:
First go to the paint roller --> Visual header and turn on the on the Visual header tooltip icon. Then scroll further down to the new visual header tooltip menu. There you can add text or connect to a tooltip page.
