PowerBI ArcGIS maps shows as blank on PowerBI desktop, but populates in PowerBI server.

Tried all these steps:

Check the below setting is available in Power BI Desktop.

Using the latest version of Power BI Desktop. (Mar 2025)

Delete the map visual, clear the cache, and rebuild it from scratch, still issue persists.

Tried opening the same Power BI file on a different network

Power BI is enabled under Options > Security. If enabled, try disabling hardware acceleration under Options > Display and update your graphics drivers.

Hi @roshinikumarkar Is the site whitelisted? If not, ask your IT team to whitelist it. If whitelisted, check if ArcGIS Maps for Power BI is enabled under Options > Security. If enabled, try disabling hardware acceleration under Options > Display and update your graphics drivers. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and review the diagnostics log for errors.
