Any setting that will remove the inclusion of applied slicers that shows up when export to excel

Is there a way/setting that will remove the inclusion of applied filters/slicers that shows up at the bottom of an export to Excel in power bi services.

No, Power BI Service does not offer a setting to remove applied filters/slicers shown at the bottom when exporting to Excel.

But you can check these workarounds:

  • Export underlying data: Works only if the visual uses a single table, export is enabled, and the data model supports it.
  • Use Analyze in Excel: Connect directly to the dataset without any filter summary.
  • Automate clean-up: Use Excel macros or Power Automate to remove unwanted rows post-export.

Thanks,
