Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
You start in the intersection oriented slightly to the north-west of the map, with countless low-level zombiemen, shotgun guys, and imps in sight of you. Your first stop is to make it to the south-west corner of the map to pick up the red keycard. The western corridor is the most straightforward, but the path straight south will go past an open area on the east side with extra enemies, ammo, and a megaarmor. Each path is peppered with low-level enemies and health and ammunition pickups, and you will be able to maintain your health and ammo reserves as you travel through the map.
Once you pick up the red keycard, you can travel north up the western corridor to get to the room on the north-western quadrant, through the red door on the north side. There are some shotgun guys and cacodemons here, as well as a supercharge and chaingun. From this room, your next stop is the red-walled room on the south-western quadrant, which is on the opposite side of the open area from before.
This room will have some demons in it, and a square pillar in some water that will lower to reveal two barons of Hell and the yellow keycard. Once you have it, you can go back to the south-west corner to open the yellow door and go down to the smaller area behind it.
This area features an elevated platform with a few zombiemen and shotgun guys, as well as a sewer area with a damaging floor, some radiation shielding suits, some lost souls, and spectres. If you fall into the sewer area by accident, there is also some ammunition and a demon behind the corner to the east, and stairs will rise on the south-western corner to let you back up. Fight through the enemies on the upper platform, and open the door to reveal a cacodemon and the switch to finish the level.

Secrets[edit]
- From the start head east then south at the intersection. After the next junction there is a secret door to the west leading to two boxes of bullets. (sector 233)
- Further down the corridor from #1 is a secret door to the east leading to a box of bullets (only on Ultra-Violence or higher), a box of shotgun shells, and two boxes of rockets (three on UV or higher). (sector 231)
- From the start head east then south. There is a secret door to the east leading to a lava corridor containing five health bonuses and three armor bonuses. Note that it is necessary to step on the section of floor immediately under the door to receive credit for the secret. (sector 246)
- Part-way along the corridor accessed by #3 is a trigger line that opens up a door slightly further back, leading to two energy cell packs, a computer area map, and a plasma gun. (sector 252)
- The yellow key room has a secret door behind some barrels to the north, leading to a spectre and a rocket launcher. (sector 170)
- Head west from the yellow key room and through the door to the north. There is a secret door on the north wall here (between the two easternmost barrels) leading to a backpack, a medikit, and three imps (two on Hey Not Too Rough or lower). (sector 218) On multiplayer there is also a megaarmor.
- South of the yellow key room is a room with a cage containing imps. There is a switch here opening up three traps with cacodemons. The two eastern traps are linked by a secret corridor containing two medikits, a health bonus, an armor bonus, and two boxes of bullets. There are two secrets here. (sector 186)
- See secret #7. (sector 187)
- Go through the red door in the north of the level, then press the switch in the room. Head east out of this area, return to the start, then head east then north. A door will now be open, leading to two to five cacodemons, a medikit, a berserk pack, an energy cell, and two boxes of rockets. (sector 235)
