Funnelcake Apparitions is an eight-level episode replacement for Doom II designed for limit removing source ports, created by various members of the Doomer Boards community. The project was initially led by Jon Vail (40oz) but finished by Ilya Lazarev (joe-ilya) after 40oz had to step down due to time constraints. It is the 40th entry in the ongoing Doomer Boards Projects. Work on the project was carried out during September 2021. It was first released on Doomer Boards on October 1, 2021, and uploaded to the idgames archive on May 29, 2023. The mapset features a dark circus and carnival theme.
