An investigation is when our system runs a diagnostic to analyze your alert, issue, or anomaly — whether automatically or triggered manually.Think of it as: "What’s going wrong, and why?"Each investigation can query logs, metrics, configs, or run validations to surface root causes.
An integration connects your existing tools — like Datadog, PagerDuty, CloudWatch, Slack, etc.We use these to pull data (metrics, logs, alerts) or push results (diagnostics, summaries, resolutions).You can manage integrations from your settings panel.
No worries — you won’t get blocked. You’ll still be able to continue using the product. For additional usage beyond your plan: * On-demand investigations: $0.40 each * Automated investigations: $0.20 eachYou’ll get notified before you're charged, and usage can be capped or customized in settings.
