frame drop in VSA
Whenever I score a goal or the black screen appears, the frame rate immediately drops all the way down to zero, rendering the game completely unplayable. I'm using the Poco X8 PM, and I would really appreciate it if you could please take care of this issue. I'm very much looking forward to being able to play the game again,once this problem is fixed.

Subject: My Team Screen Freezing After Buying New Players Message: Hello EA Support, I am facing an issue in EA FC Mobile. After buying several new high OVR players, my game freezes whenever I open the "My Team" section. The game works normally in other menus, but as soon as I open My Team, the game becomes completely unresponsive and I have to force close the app. I have already tried: Restarting the game Clearing cache Uninstalling and reinstalling the game The issue still persists. Hola, necesito ayuda con mi cuenta de FC Mobile. Desde el 20 de junio de 2026 no puedo acceder al juego. Al intentar iniciar sesión aparece el mensaje: "ERROR AL INICIAR SESIÓN [0x00640191]". Mi cuenta es de invitado y he probado las siguientes soluciones sin éxito: Reiniciar el dispositivo. Cambiar entre Wi-Fi y datos móviles. Cerrar y abrir el juego varias veces. Esperar varias horas. No he desinstalado el juego porque temo perder el progreso de mi cuenta de invitado. Les agradecería que revisaran el problema y me indicaran cómo recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta y a mi progreso. Ich habe mir den ersten Spieler von den 2 geholt. Den sollte ich eigentlich auf 114 bekommen habe ihn aber auf 110 bekommen, habe diesen dann auch 114 hoch gelvlt, kann jetzt aber bei umtausch trotzdem nicht den 116 er jairzinho holen. Hello EA FC Mobile Team, I am experiencing an issue where the options for "High" and "Very High" frame rates are locked in my game settings, even though my device hardware is fully capable of supporting it. Here are my device details: Device Model: Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ Platform: Android Chipset (Processor): MediaTek Helio G100 Display Specs: 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED Screen RAM: 8GB My device can run other demanding games like Call of Duty Mobile and PUBG Mobile at 60 FPS smoothly. This issue seems to be related to the game's compatibility list (whitelist) not recognizing the Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ or the MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, as other users with similar chipsets are reporting the same issue. I kindly request that you review this compatibility issue and add the Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ to the list of officially supported devices for high frame rate gameplay.
