Hi 👋

I'm César, a Data Scientist / AI Engineer and Blockchain Developer based in Honduras.

Also, Co-Founder of The Blockchain Club at UNITEC

I am interested in a little bit of everything, but my main focus right now is:

  • FCN_Lecturenet: Improving an academic project to extract, summarize, and index math video lectures using Deep Learning models (PyTorch).
  • Redfish (ETHGlobal Prize Winner): A Proof of Concept leveraging zkTLS and ZKML. Integrating a fraud detection verifiable model into Uniswap v4 hooks to verify transactions on-chain.

Currently learning:

  • Deep Learning for Computer Vision
  • Verifiable AI (EZKL) on Ethereum
  • Agentic Workflows (MCP/LangChain).

Fun facts:

  • I have a dog and a cat.
  • I love coffee (currently trying to switch to water, though).
  • Hobbies: Fútbol, music, classic movies, and walking.
