Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the test OISY rewards ICRC token from staging in preparation for the next release. The token will be re-included in a future release.
- Removed "testOISY.P" token configuration from the ICRC tokens JSON file
- Removed
TESTOISYP_LEDGER_CANISTER_IDconstant definition and usage from testnet IDs array

Motivation
For the next release, we prefer not to include the OISY rewards ICRC token (staging) yet. We will re-include it later.
