Microsoft have document two work arounds: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/vcgeneral/thread/b741ccb6-65c4-4667-9e37-fadf7b81fc73. Neither are acceptable IMO. Preference is to wait for Microsoft to fix it then re-enable the target.
