For the past few years, I have been working in a restaurant, where I am responsible for the pastry section. This experience has shaped me as a hardworking, patient, responsible, flexible, and capable individual, able to work under time pressure. Acquiring knowledge about pastry-making on my own has taught me how to seek knowledge and develop independently.
