go to Shika in the morning, then go to Hana, in the regular menu that appears its the second option from the top (you do need a lot of gold and to have all events unlocked)
Oh the one that says "+15❤️" was it this entire time? I thought that option was available from before the v.046 update, I guess I just didn't realize it was new since it's been a while. Thanks for the help/confirmation.
