Some people seem confused so here is my theory: The guy that wanted to give us the pink ticket was the ticket master undisguised. The scratch marks on our boss were from Pierrot. The backstory as I understand it is: There were 5 "monsters". The jester, Pierrot, The doctor, The Harlequin and the Ticket Master I guess. But there's also a sixth one. The pink one presumably a "fool". Pierrot fell in love with the fool, Harlequin became jealous and tried to steal them from him and ended up killing the fool. Since then Pierrot hated Harlequin. Afterwards they moved out of the valley of monsters and became the traveling circus. This is basically a repeat of what has happened before as Pierrot falls in love with the MC now and Harlequin tries to sabotage him again. Also, I think there are tickets like VIP tickets from the specific members of the circus that keep you save as special guests. Then there are normal tickets and there are tickets in pink. Those get handed out to future victims who "ran away". They most likely get drugged or hypnotized or something and work for the Circus until they eventually die there. I just haven't figured out the black tent yet. The pink one is clearly the trap since so far with Pierrots ticket the MC was being kept safe for example when the doctor probably tried to do smth bad but saw the ticket and changed his mind. That's also why we are not allowed to the pink or black tent. They mean danger. I don't really get the motive so far but perhaps they want revenge for how the humans used and laughed at them so now they install fear and cause for blood to be spilled as a revenge. I'm curious about the Ticket Masters role in all of this and why Pierrot seemed to follow his commands and is scared of him. I thought all of that was pretty obvious but maybe i'm onto nothing.
