MechJam is back! Our seventh outing in the MechJam series, a jam open for all. You will have two weeks to create a mech/mecha video game or physical game. You can work alone or in a team. You can find all the games created for the last MechJam right here! Hopefully you'll get a good idea of all the talent that comes with every MechJam.

Loved the gadget variety!

Not sure what I was doing but I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to get out the first screen, not sure if it was just being glitchy for me. Like if I went on the ladder the character would ascend rather than descend. I feel like there's too many controls too if that makes sense? 

Will definitely be playing some more of this when I can, really great work as ever.

Nice idea, I am guessing the disguise mechanic doesn't really have a use in this current build. The controls could feel a bit slippy and unresponsive at points too, especially the jumping for some reason.

Unique idea, could have done with some more sound to add to the atmosphere I think. It was quite difficult to locate the light sometimes too.

Thanks, the best way to get the word out is the Itch Community tab, the Itch Discord or just a social media site with a good game development scene (something like Bluesky or Mastodon). That's what usually works best for me! There might be some other game dev Discords too that allow you to share game jams.

A brand new jam from the host of MechJam, Cosmic Horrors Jam, Kaijujam and Samurai Game Jam. A two week jam to create a video game or physical game about spies and espionage. 

It all begins on December the 4th 2025, running until December 18th. Work solo or as a team. Let your imagination run wild the only thing your game must contain is spies or espionage as a core concept. I can't wait to see what you'll create.

Really nice writing here, plus the art and tiles really make it stand out compared to a lot of other RPG Maker games.
