Glad to hear about QoL stuff, sounds like it would make it a lot easier to work with, appreciate you telling me I got them right lol, restored my ego a bit.
I did join the discord, but when I was reading through it it looked like people had gone way past the first case so I got shy lol, had no issue joining the server though.
Thanks for making this, it was a lot of fun and I'd be keen to play the more QoL fixed edition if you can point me in it's direction.
I will say the little blips were a life saver. I thought that might be all the game has, and since no-one else had commented a vide, the blip was a beacon of hope lmao. Im glad to hear you intentionally hid it because I cannot express the internal scream I let out at realising I'd missed and just thought I'd been stupid (something I am prone to doing). I never got why the orange, but it just being a stylistic choice made in a rush that (obviously) represents you as an artist is awesome, I haven't played the grace of our malice, might keep an eye out for it. If you ever update it, I can imagine the roommate offers them an orange slice theyve already cut up or something if you wanted the orange imagery within the narrative. Stellar game, incredible experience and props to your insane friend who voice acted it all I think I'd have gone loopy trying to do that lol.
Aye look, my gut reaction of 'that's it?!' is something I immediately felt bad for, so I am sorry about that, and entirely fair if you weren't able to come up with more or do more, you had the unfortunate fate of following up a bunch of longer games in the queue so I was genuinely shocked. For a first attempt in Godot, it was excellent and worked well. Hopefully you can take that development experience into your next time, whatever game that may be. TLDR: Sorry for harshness, keep at it and best of luck next time!
