It's good! I can't move 8 directions only 4 and I can't use block when moving.  Music would be nice

Wow what a good game! I wish the yoyo was 8 directions instead of just 4 directions. Alot times I wish my movement doesn't stop when I shoot yoyo. The boss didn't really telegraphic what he will do, but the projectiles are slow enough to react. I do think the rotation sprites too smoothly is not nes feel. Also, the frame rate might to too high for nes.

I couldn't even play, the tutoriall soft lock me once it said tutorial finished

I just fixed the iframes not being removed properly. Please let me know if it fix the problem!
