i never cared about craft for most of my art education but over the last year trying to be craft is uncomfortable and challenging so i'm going the opposite route but i think the spirit is still there i basically want to be able to draw sexy furry men

"we need to shine upon this bitch world"

same even tho i already knew candle rule's

ILYSM

i love this - i think it's important to distinguish "play" from "defeat" - like i'm sure i could find some joy in an OVER-LONG aaa game?

also i appreciate this method, which is counter to this wonderful writing:  https://pumpkinclowning.itch.io/games-i-wont-play

i maybe am not about finding people's addresses lol but yeah pretty much. i think f*nkopops are a plague and would be a dealbreaker for a potential mate

this isn't for me because i already am a pervert and i killed the catholic in my head in 2002 but i love this any way's

moon.......

absolute gem. one of my autistic interests was maze books. even though i knew about this game since it came-out, i never got around to it until now, because the game has a spring palette/vibe and i wanted to clear it before the end of the season. thanks~

flea x flickgame = love

i knew as soon as i saw the thumbnail for this game that it would be pretty cool. i did not know that it would turn out this incredible! although i fully cleared it in 39:09, this felt way more substantial than this time could express.

pretty neat, thanks !!

i didn't read this in time for the FVN discussion group, so i had a lil spoiled, but... man oh man, this went places i could never have anticipated. i absolutely love weird-ass shit like this. mr big occupies a space in its own, and i cannot thank you enough for that. every thing about this RULE'S

absolutely fascinating to experience something so thoughtful in such a short amount of time - both the limits of the jam and the reading of this. i was truly engulfed in this tiny slice of this universe, and reached all three endings within an hour's time. i'm far from knowledgeable about any of the accuracy here, but it feels well-researched; and even if it's not accurate, it's put together  really d*ng well. absolute banger.

a tiny story with quick growth. really enjoyed how the conflict was handled, not a tidy bow. nice work on all fronts.

wild, wild ride. fantastic polish in every single way. that being said, i'm not much of a fan of purple prose, but i think it served this project well. fascinating story, went to places i could never predict, and absolutely swallowed me whole. it feels weird finishing this and coming back to reality.

not a creator, but just wanna say that this is super duper cool, wow !! great work.

i looooooove speedrunning (as a spectator), so this grabbed my attention immediately. the choices/coin part was really cool, what a nice technical achievement. i enjoyed the dialogue/story a bit too, i love dates !! of course i was yelling at saul to just be up front with everything, so i'm happy i got to have those choices... and the ones i wouldn't have picked, i was cringing at (at the content, not the writing itself). loved the casual conversational tone of this. need a coin to play this again for the first time.

i saw a screenshot of looming ages ago, and it looked like nothing i'd ever seen before. for years, i built it up in my head, wanting to play it during the winter, but circumstances made me regrettably pass it up. this happened for maybe ten years. in 2026, i realised at this point, it could not hold the magic i thought it might. i'm not sure it was possible to accomplish that impossible dream, but this existed on a parallel plane; it was much weirder and mysterious than my low-expectation prediction was. definitely needed help finding the location of 7 and 9, but was otherwise pleased that this was (mechanically at least) transparent.

oh my gods, i loved this so much. i absolutely love the rivals-turned-lovers kind-of-story, and this is no exception. i cried twice within the hour of playtime, i'm so happy. thank you for this.

chaotic! fox is wildly nonplussled in high-danger situations. not going for realistic characters and i respect that. some of this is way overwritten, though i found that charming and fits in with the overall tone of this VN. i had a great time

closer to more dreams of dragon. hooray

one of those games where i kinda don't want to play to retain the mystery ... but also i will play it

was an audience member for a readthrough of this (FVN server) and was totally blown away. just a month? this GOES PLACES. it's a bit chaotic and i love it for that, going for big swings is important to me. love all of the work that has been poured into this. i kinda hate that something like this can be over so quickly. of course i could spend more time with it, but that's not what i mean, i just wish it was possible to be in the mind of creators during the making of something, sometimes. this is one of those times

highly polished experience. enjoyed that it's a topic i'm completely unfamiliar with (cons are not really something i'm interested in attending right now), so it's cool to see this explored in a VN form. love the references to furry media, and the switching of human/'sona. i do like this kind of story where the characters are messy and it's not a bombastic ending, though i did feel like shit after this. that's okay, but i do need pick-me-up now, lol.

so cute !! love everything about this. i expect a lot of these jam games to have Big Drama, but being able to experience a nice slice of life like this is welcome. made me feel so warm and furry inside !!

i'm a big fan of bizarre, unlikely premises, and i loved this excuse to present the characters as nude. definitely wish the story and character development went deeper, but i know it's a jam (O: had a really nice time with this one.

this was great! admittedly it took me a little too long to understand the chronology, but this made me emotional. i'm cis and don't want a family, so i appreciate when there are stories like this that make me consider an issue i haven't thought about before. i know the backgrounds are rough but i really love them like that. artie's antlers are cool, too !! thank you

wouldn't 💒 you believe 🍁 i bought a physical copy ©️ of this !! i'm an otter 🦦 who read this one article 📰 per day max 🔝. it's fun to see shiny my text ✍🏼 in here 👂🏼 !! and the typical fun 🛹 also and nice writers 🤖 from choicebeat again. love 🎈 you

(1 edit)

i think i cried just as much as ransom !! i thought the script could be a little overwritten/cliche at times, but i don't really think it brought this down, and maybe apt for who ransom is. i didn't expect much from a jam game, but the story was so intense !! i'm definitely looking forward to img_1697 (and CCoR19) now.

i'm so glad the creator decided to finish this instead of putting it down, thank you !!

i absolutely adore devs notes/postmortems, and this was much better than i could have expected. details into the process and thought was really satisfying. even the numbers for the budget was discussed !! love this.highly recommended to anyone who played the game.

what an incredible piece. i cried a few times even though i was in a distracted state of mind at the time. different artstyles were interesting, but the fits were topnotch. fantastic writing, some juicy VA. overall incredibly polished experience that really impressed me. the "My sleepy old man" illustration is my favourite visual by far, so cute. i also purchased the bonus art/dev book and i loved that too.
