Oh! I just remembered another bug/technical issue, my bad!

  • If I am too close to an enemy, my melee hits would sometimes not register, maybe the hit goes behind the enemy, and I would need to back up to get into the sweet spot of the hit registering.

I have just now discovered this game today and completed what seems to be all three stages so far. I am enjoying it very much and look forward to seeing more to come! I apologize that I do not have any provided screenshots as I did not think to save any until after I concluded my session.

Game Version: v0.6

Bugs or Technical Issues:

  • When in the Skill Tree Menu, pressing the "Esc" key I was expecting to close out the menu, however instead it pauses and brings up the Game Menu in the background. If I unpause, the cursor disappears preventing me from closing the Skill Tree Menu. If I instead pause the game to bring back the cursor and use that cursor to close out the Skill Tree Menu, the Game Menu now becomes overlay on the screen until the stage changes whether via "Quit to Main Menu" or "Walk into a stage portal".
  • When initiating sex scenes with enemies, the mouse can still be moved invisibly. Sometimes by accident by moving the mouse around, I end up disorientated via looking straight up at the sky or at the ground.
  • During sex scenes with enemies, the trinket/accessory sold by the witch is not attached to the player's body, instead floating in the air and moving along with the mouse movement previously mentioned.
  • In the Castle level, I do not recall how it happened, but when I chose not to do the Witch's Challenge the floating text for the challenge stayed for a few rounds before disappearing.
  • In the Witch's Trial Boss Fight, it didn't effect anything but I just noticed that my character was able to melee and cast fireballs during the opening cutscene.

Feedback & Idea Suggestions:

  • Each of the stages offered nice layouts that were well balanced to help keep distance from enemies.
  • The Void Spitter was quite annoying, but part of feels like that was more on me running into their projectiles. If possible maybe in the Skill Tree we could get some resistance to non-melee attacks?
  • The Witch's Store didn't have any indicator for what I had equipped until after I started a mission, so something like a greyed out button that says "Equipped" may help.
  • The Witch's Trial Boss Fight felt pretty balanced for me. I do wonder if later we may get different Boss Fights, and on top of that if we can one day get scenes after we defeat them.
  • I would also like to see more unique scenes with the enemies. I didn't find any scene with the Broodmother, so I don't know if I just never got her finisher to proc or she just doesn't have one.
  • I'd also like to see if we can also get an ability for when we perform a finisher. Like maybe a burst of AoE damage when the scene concludes? Or maybe expanding on it in the Skill Tree, like heal on finishers or slow down time briefly after performing a finisher.
  • It would also be cool if we got monsters that are different in size to the player character, like a hulking oni or even a small flying imp. Very personal tastes, but I just like the idea of a male human able to capture and conquer monsters, so maybe even something expanding on that as well would be nice. :D

That concludes my findings and feedback on Goregasm v0.6! I'm looking forward to seeing how this game develops! I love the power fantasy idea of the male protagonist being fight and conquer otherworldly monsters!

Ah, wait, I just now realized I had been mixing this game up with the Ringman Edition, which I still had a file of. My bad. ^^;

Any plans for scenes with Demon Bird Female (SCM-610-13)?

Y'know something I find funny about the Arcade mode thematically going for glitches is I can't tell if something is intended to be a glitch or not. Like the office doors automatically shutting and closing without my input, using up my power, or those spinning coins things that serve little to no use being activated at random or when I try to click on a different room on the map, just using up and wasting the psychic power or whatever. Or even the Sammy shadow clones requiring a full bar of the psychic power to remove each.

In "Hall B" I noticed when I completed salvaging from the room, it immediately kicked me to the main menu.

I... uh... just completed the boss level of Arcade, and got a cutscene... and then the SFX went quiet, so I was confused. Then I heard a bonk...

Nile killed me while I was watching the cutscene... so it counted as a game over. Uuuggghhhhhh....... ( ;-;)

Is there perhaps a way to check RUA's progress for clearing rubble? I tried having them clear the rubble to cryopods and deck, but after about ~30 days I have a feeling I may have been softlocked.

Instead of entering the castle in the beginning you walk south to the courtyard/garden and basically go through an alternate route.

Fun and cute game. ^^

I love the concept and how it's actually a game where the protagonist is actually trying to bang the monster girl as opposed to other monster girl games where the guy's like "I shan't thou hath sexeth!" XD

Neat game.

Was quite challenging, especially the Queen's route. Good job! 馃憤

Loving the update so far, Monsterbox!

A bug I did notice though is that in the Gallery, the Security Office Sex Scenes seem to just lead to a black screen.

Maddie the Fox (big titty girl with the apron) can sometimes stand in front of your cameras, preventing you from interacting with stuff, like the gas leak or light switch. So you activate the microwave to draw her away from said blocked camera.

Nice update! Glad we get more player-character interactions aside from the game overs. Hoping for more in the future! ^^

Bugs aside, I did enjoy the gameplay, despite how challenging it was.

I'm assuming that based on my save compared with the one you provided, the one event I missed was Black Eyes. Is Black Eyes just a small random chance when you sleep?

Aha! I think I figured out the cause of the "Zealot In Training" and "Intermediary" achievement spam. So... I was trying to go for the achievement in the memory room; "TeneteneT X", and once I pulled it off, in the results page I got an achievement pop-up of "Zealot In Training" and "Intermediary". And now the two achievements replaced all of my normal achieved achievements.

Darn. I hope this doesn't mean I have to restart my progress to get it to work properly. ^^;

I'm currently at Level 30, With 16/17 total events, and 11/12 nightmares. My normal achievement list is filled with just "Zealot In Training" and "Intermediary", whilst my Gallery Achievements is all still "incomplete" despite multiple times I've done them according to what they detail.

I'll try resetting my progress, and if that doesn't work oh well I guess on my part. XD

Amazing game, Kandom!

Your art style is very unique and it makes the perfect balance between scary and hot. XD

Love the scenes so far! Something I am curious about though; Are scenes that involve the player and don't require a game over something that may happen in later updates?

Just curious, is it planned to have an animated lewdscenes for the abnormal results too, or will it only focus on the normal ones?

The "Giant Iron Knight". After I found the key needed for the house in between the mansion and the town, he would appear almost every time I interacted with an item inside of any building prior to the mansion.

I don't know if I just skipped something crucial, but before the mansion and after being chased by the monster, he appears almost every time I interact with anything in any building. I pick up wine? I open the ATM? I find a book on the shelf? He appears and immediately game over's me.

Nightclub level was pretty challenging. Kept me constantly focusing on the patience bars and flickering from camera to camera. The final stage was quite a surprise too, but a nice challenge.

Although I will say that while the cutscenes were nice I am very lost on what the story even is, but I'm pretty sure that may be on me. I haven't checked out that visual novel yet so that may be why.

And yeah, while I did enjoy the gameplay, an underline part of me wished that there was some more nsfw content that ties more into the player's point of view, rather than the gallery (although that does not mean I do not like the animations, they're really good so props to the animators). I also understand that the game's still under development, so I'm looking forward to what comes next. ;D

Playing the v0.5.0 version, I noticed that after extracting from the castle mission along with collecting the doll, I'm in a loop where I'm back in the town, but the game is acting as if it's before starting the castle mission, such as "feeling awkward going up to talk to the boss after just leaving", and "Finished chatting with the two co-workers about the castle".

When the game puts me into the mission, I start at the second checkpoint near the castle and playground, and talking to the co-worker sends me back to the town, starting me in a loop.

Fun game so far though, I liked scenes like the pink slime monster. ^^ Hope there are more scenes with monster entities, not gonna lie I was assuming the possessed armor in the castle bathroom was gonna be another scene. XD
