Yeah the enemies are shifting the balance of things quite a bit. Theses are just first iterations on their abilities and things will change and get adjusted for balance in time.

Yes, cards that give Power to other cards are now unable to change their number.
I did this change because the choice on who to give Power to was almost always these cards( Ex: Alchemist, Shark etc.) and nobody else.
This change is intended to bring back interesting decision making. I may make an exception for Alchemist in the future but would love to hear further feedback on how it feels :)
Yes it's intentional. When a card that gives Power benefit from Power themselves, the best choice for who to give a Power is almost always that card.

Hey thanks alot for playing! You're right, I hadn't thought about that. Some effects are not working correctly when the trigger gets changed. I'll make a change to this in the upcoming patch.
