Always good to hear. There were so many projects that I had been following, sometimes for years, that ended up not turning up. (Famously in my opinion, Geo's Adventure Zero. Wanted it to come out so bad, but there hasn't been an update in literal years :<( )

For future reference. Next time you make a maze game, don't make a very empty space that's limited to the fog/fov like that. Also, don't make such an open space to walk around and find the exit, because oftentimes players will just think that's where the game ends, since there is nothing to do, so there must not be an end to it. Also, controls are a bit floaty, and avoiding the one enemy is pretty easy.
After playing the demo, I got a bit to say. The base mechanics aren't bad, and the game can be really fun. With that being said, the way the game mechanics are implemented could be better.
- The camera control, at least for me, shifts way too fast and picks either the top or the bottom half of the screen.
- Instead of the npc's being unobservant (Which is true), but the ones that think they're John Wick and end up 2-tapping.
- Aiming a bit above didn't feel like a problem, but the level 1 boss literally has aim bot (pun intended) and ends up being way faster than expected.
- A niche thing that some players will pick up is that when I personally saw 17/17, I expected my gun to have 17 mags instead of 1 mag and 17 bullets, so when I picked up the shotgun... Yeah
Overall, taking down enemies is near impossible for some, except the brain-dead ones, because of how quickly they are to pull the trigger from such a crazy range.
Good parts are that the core mechanics can work together; they just need work. And the story, as always, is flowing nicely from the little I was able to enjoy it. Once again, I always appreciated the world-building and the gameplay of what you made, and the level of care shows in the beautiful UI you had made for the game. It is nice and dynamic with neatly flowing animations, which made me even more excited to play it.
Still awesome you're making games. I'm currently retrying to use Unity and so far I can code a bit myself. A thing I'm stuck on though is stuff like querternians and how anyone is supposed to know and use that for camera movement lol. As for the game, there were some issues with the wrong animations sometimes playing. Other than that, it's a decent idle game.
