I certainly didn't expect to be thrown into so many spikes. Nice game!

This is a really cool game. I like the art style and the- WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT. Something's trying to kill me. Okay I reached the cabin, this must be the end- NO NO NO.

10 flesh monsters out of 10. Game of the Year. Absolute Cinema.
This game is so well-made. Controls felt great. Art is great. Sound and music is great. And the story was amazing. There's no way to argue it wasn't unexpected either

Heya, thanks for playing!

Nice game! Cool concept and definitely unexpected. The music and sfx were good. The controls were just hard to get used to when trying to remember lots of different abilities at once. Maybe if they were introduced more gradually?

Thanks for playing! That's a good idea. Those flags can be a pain

interesting game. the box only pushable in one direction is a cool mechanic

its just chess. I had the AI on hard mode. Moved randomly until I had only my king left. It trapped my in a box to move around in whilst it moved its bishop back and forth, putting as in a stalemate

Loved this game! Cool concept, really funny, art is great, overall executed really well.

Only 2 things I noticed. Number 1, moving around between minigames and dodging opponents doesn't seem to have any purpose other than waiting for the next minigame. It is nice to have a rest between them, but having something else to do would be cool too. Number 2, I got far enough to only have 3 seconds per minigame. At this point the "poke the eyes" mini game became impossible because I had to wait for him to reopen them.

Other than that, though, I actually had a lot of fun playing this! Good job!

Thanks for the feedback! Movement could use improvement for sure

Happy to hear you enjoyed! Glad the music fit well. Thanks!

Thanks for playing and commenting! Glad you liked the puzzles. The movement could use some improvement. Thanks for the feedback!

Heya, thanks for playing! That's a good suggestion. If I update the game at all, this would be a nice feature to have

Hey thanks for the feedback. The penguin is definitely a bit out of place. I've done a little pixel art before but always worry about time constraints in a jam. It would be a good challenge/learning experience to try though. Thanks!

Nice game! Managed to finish it after falling lots. I like the kickback on the gun, it's a cool feature

thanks!

I like Bob

"Faah" *boom sound*

Great job on your first game! I loved it. I collected 9 coins

I spawned humans, alen the alien and went to the moon. 5 apples/6 buckets

WAIT, I just checked your profile. You're the helium guy. We made similar games last year, too. That's crazy

Woah, this is awesome. I made a similar game for the jam. Can't believe it took me this long to find someone else who thought of plugs. Loved the puzzles in this!

Hey, that's awesome! I'll definitely be sure to wish list it!

Very cool game. I enjoyed trying to find a balance between repairing rails, killing goblins, destroying dynamite and buying upgrades. It has a solid gameplay loop. I did find it pretty much impossible to aim and use the shotgun correctly, so it just wasn't worth using. Other than that, though, good job!!

The flower gave me the bird. 10/10. Weapons were so cool to use. Finding the last few flowers to get to 1000 was a challenge but I managed it. Loved the loop. Great game

Cool game. The automation made sense and I love that it takes the time to teach you with simple mechanics first. Reminds me a lot of super auto pets (but without the combat). I can imagine someone smarter than me making some crazy perpetual motion machines. Good job!

This is such a great game. Its a fun and easy to understand mechanic that creates a lot of strategy. I loved the random events too. And trading stuff to make more money was very satisfying. Would love to see even more of the story. I definitely agree the donkey was too good to only appear once. Well done!!

This was a really interesting game to play. It was definitely challenging though. Furthest I could get was the 3rd level. Some of those jumps are very difficult, including the very first one in level 1. I liked the different abilities that could stack up. Well done!

(1 edit)

This was a really interesting concept. I managed to figure out the time in the red door and get to the blue door. I figured the arrows were pointing to numbers on a clock? But I wasn't sure which ones the diagonal ones were. I tried a few combinations for the password but couldn't get it. These were some clever puzzles to start with though and I really like the idea of it. Good job!

This was a very fast paced and fun game. The constant level restarts did get a little stressful at times, especially when I just figured it out and had to restart with a new mechanic. Also meant I had to stay adaptable though. Good job!

This is a really cool game. Especially for your first one. I'm impressed. I enjoyed the puzzle platforming a lot. Especially having to be careful which blocks I use to set up for future loops. Well done!

My fingers were tied up in knots playing this. It was so much fun. The ramp up from holding 2 or 3 buttons to performing complex maneuvers was great. Also the animations of the cat licking his fish were cute. Well done!

I've never seen the timeloop-clone mechanic be used for a survival game before. Really fun to try and automate everything as efficiently as possible. I can imagine that getting very hard to do at a larger scale (but very satisfying). Would love to see how more mechanics could get introduced as something like this progresses. Great job!

Tron X Splatoon is a great combination I never thought I'd see. The racing visuals for the menus and closeups when you finish were really cool. Amazing job coding a CPU in just a small timeframe too. They weren't much of a challenge to beat but I could see they had actual strategy going on which is impressive. The controls were pretty good too and felt responsive which is important when trying to make exact strategical turns. Great job!

This was excellent! Good level of difficulty with these puzzles. Made me think, but I never felt completely stuck. I also enjoyed the story with the bug vs the system. Well done!

Cool game. Gave it a try, but also didn't see any enemies. Tried the github version and it worked. Shame it didn't get in on time because it's a fun game and an interesting concept.

These were some really fun puzzles. I loved figuring them out. The final one in particular took a while but I enjoyed figuring it out. Good job!

Thank you so much for the feedback! As someone who doesn't play many puzzle games, I put a lot of focus on not overwhelming the player with information, especially given the unusual concept to get used to.  Improving the plugging interaction would be a great idea. Especially since it's 90% of what you're doing.

Also, not sure what you mean. This clearly works; the game proves it.

Thank you! I'd love to add some more levels. Need to spend some time on puzzle designing and creating new mechanics

Thanks!!

I was really hoping to hit that sweet spot without making it tremendously complicated. Thank you for playing!

Thanks for the comment. Glad you liked it! And glad I could get the aesthetic just right
