Personally the shader that I wrote for the revealing effect was the thing I am most proud of, originally it had a pretty basic falloff but it just diddnt feel right, I'm glad I stuck with a dither instead! Using a light source just simply wouldn't look the same also!
Thanks for the feedback! we had started quite late with this game, and then as soon as we started I got very sick for a handful more days haha. one of the things that I wish I had the time for was making specifically that a bit more clearer.
Cool Game! I particularly enjoyed the effects that were used (especially the ending)
my only criticism is that some of the clouds were hard to know if I could stand on them or not so I fell through a few of them, and the keyboard controls (w for jump) felt bit awkward. The controller worked way better
Honestly - they got me too....right after I put in the SFX for them I went and did other things for a while and forgot I had put the SFX on them Glad you had fun!

I do agree with you on both of these things - we started quite late with the jam (we were not certain if we wanted to join initially) so we were behind 5 or so days to start with, and them almost immediately after that I was struck with a cold so I was out for a handful more days. I wanted to have more lil guys about with fun dialogue and different mechanics but it came to the point where I had to focus on getting something presentable at least!
Ill check your game out after I burn through my queue haha!
I really enjoyed this game, the puzzles feel like they need a bit of work, they feel more like obstacles - its hard to describe. apart from that - the rams sliding around probably caused me the most deaths haha.
The controls on this are a not very intuitive to begin with (maybe a popup dialogue over the rabbit to show what button to press) and I was able to fall out of the world for a bit
Interesting game - I am not really too sure how the theme is applied? I also did die to the first character then realised I had to do the 20-30 second walk to get back to him haha. I'm not too sure about the ending either - I was teleported to a grey zone with a grate and a guy. The slimes animations are pretty cool though for the take down and entering the vent
Interesting take on this game - if anything I feel like its far too often that the fish spawn and I am still on cooldown with an arm making it impossible to even have a chance for them -that being said I don't think there is a failure condition to this game? I think with a bit more visual story telling (rather then typing it up in the description) would really go a long way here also, and some SFX to sell the story a bit more Keep it up :)

Phi just knows what they want, and if it's to turn themselves into a chicken nuggets to be with the one they adore then heck, it's chicken nuggets time (don't try this at home)
