So what was happening was when getting defeated it was drop to a minus health and was not able to travel and even after sleeping as it keep say needed to rest im on Android. I did start a new game and haven't ran into the problem and yet.  But over all loving the game 

My game broke its saying it need to sleep even after I just did

Is there an estimated time for the update

Probably something like tentacle locker/similar to it or Tentacle Fall Trap by ST Hot Dog King would be a good reference for mechanics
