RETURN POLICY
(A) Returns
1. Item(s) purchased may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, under the below conditions. Contact our customer service team to arrange a free pick up on [email protected]
Exchanges are not applicable.
• Item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.
(B) Refunds
A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges.
(C) Care/Use Instructions
The customer must comply with all the care/use instructions outlined in the manual where provided.
(D) Additional Terms and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions associated with any promotions run by any boutique shall be incorporated into this policy by reference. By proceeding to purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these as terms of the applicable promotion(s).
