Los usuarios podrán seguir a otros si sus comentarios y debates les parecen de buena calidad y la calidad de estos comentarios dotará de más privilegios a estos usuarios dentro de la comunidad. En definitiva Referéndum Popular pretende crear debate y mostrar lo que verdaderamente piensa la gente sobre cada ley, para conseguir si es posible que se escuche más al ciudadano de calle.
