With TURGEN, you can record your own tapes with software for Atari 8-bit computers, and transfer data from your PC or Mac to your Atari 8-bit computer using your data recorder and a cassette adapter. TURGEN converts digital images of Atari software to the original standard Atari tape records and also various "turbo" systems. BeebEm is a BBC Micro and Master 128 emulator. It enables you to run BBC Micro software on your PC.

zBoy is a multiplatform GameBoy emulator that provides a load/save feature, can perform PCX screenshots either manually or automatically (every few seconds) and emulates an internal battery for ROMs that were designed to use one (this allows to use the internal save option provided by such games, remember highest scores, etc). zBoy supports some additionnal features, too, like intelligent saving of hi-scores for some games that aren't able to save their hi-scores table by themselves because of the lack of a battery-backed RAM on the cartridge, and improving screen's resolution output using graphic algorithms like Scale2x, Scale3x, eagle... Here you can see a comparison between graphic algorithms supported by zBoy. This is also one of the very few GameBoy emulators that provides a 2-gameboys link emulation, which makes it possible to play some games in 2-players mode on a LAN. The emulator is available for Linux, DOS and Windows (but should compile for other systems, too).

Emulator of the ancient 8 bit microprocessor ISP-8A 500D/600D or more common "SC/MP" from National Semiconductor. The download contains all sources plus an executable Java Jar file to start right away. Some SC/MP hex dump examples are provided in directory "/etc" as well. The download also contains unit tests and some helping documentation (also in /etc). You may slow down the CPU operations, displaying the CPUs status register as LEDs, to watch the CPU working with its registers. The emulator also contains a VDU (video display unit) output / ASCII input simulation. YASP (Yet Another Simple Processor) is a 8-bit microprocessor with microcontroller capabilities (I/O ports, REQ, ACK) that can be used as a small computer for educational purposes. Its development environment includes simulators and assemblers.

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code. MiNES is an editor for NES ROMs in the iNES format. I wrote MiNES because I needed a portable iNES editor that would allow me to change the PAL/NTSC bit of the iNES header. MiNES follows the Marat Fayzullin's iNES specification, and takes care to not change any unused (reserved for future use) bits. That way you can be sure that it will not brake your ROMs (unless you do something stupid), and preserve compatibility with future versions of the iNES format. MiNES computes ROM's CRC32 and uses an internal database to guess the game's title and correct (recommended) header settings.
