Dia Diagram Editor is free Open Source drawing software for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. Dia supports more than 30 different diagram types like flowcharts, network diagrams, database models. More than a thousand readymade objects help to draw professional diagrams. Dia can read and write a number of different raster and vector image formats. Software developers and database specialists can use Dia as a CASE tool to generate code skeletons from their drawings. Dia can be scripted and extended using Python.

imgSeek is a photo collection manager and viewer with content-based search and many other features. The query is expressed either as a rough sketch painted by the user or as another image you supply (or an image in your collection).

Kokua is an open source metaverse viewer project based on the Second Life Viewer source. Disclaimer: This software is not provided or supported by Linden Lab, the makers of Second Life. The goal of Kokua is to greatly improve the usability of the Viewer through community involvement, thoughtful design, modern development methods, and a pro-change atmosphere.

Quivi is a comic / manga reader but also an general purpose image viewer for Windows which supports many file formats and compressed (zip, rar) files. It is aimed for fast & easy file browsing with keyboard or mouse.

The OpenCMISS-Zinc Library (opencmiss.org/zinc), or Zinc, is a software library for building interactive graphical modelling and visualisation applications. Models are represented in Zinc as mathematical fields defined over domains, including finite elements with support for high-order basis functions, complex parameter mappings and time variation, and image-based fields. Further fields can be defined by mathematical expressions and algorithms on existing fields, including image processing filters. Zinc model data structures are dynamic, supporting interactive applications which programmatically create, destroy and modify parts of models.

This Inkscape extension provides table support for Inkscape. This is one of the features that are present in Corel Draw but are not present in Inkscape. So, just install this extension and you will have table support in Inkscape

A toolkit for building high-level compound widgets in Python using the Tkinter module. It contains a set of flexible and extensible megawidgets, including notebooks, comboboxes, selection widgets, paned widgets, scrolled widgets and dialog windows. Python megawidgets is Python 3 compatible through the Pmw 2 download. Pmw 1 is destined for Python 2. Both are now accessible through the new pypi compatible package (credits for which go to Andy Robinson and the team at ReportLab).
