BioSig is a software library for processing of biomedical signals (EEG, ECG, etc.) with Matlab, Octave, C/C++ and Python. About 50 different data formats are supported.

Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is accessible from Python, C#, Java and PHP. It supports RAW, JPEG, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated transfer syntax. It comes with a super fast scanner implementation to quickly scan hundreds of DICOM files. It supports SCU network operations (C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-STORE, C-MOVE). PS 3.3 & 3.6 are distributed as XML files. It also provides PS 3.15 certificates and password based mecanism to anonymize and de-identify DICOM datasets.

The development and curation of a range of XML-based tools for using Chemical Markup Language (CML), including XSD XML Schemas for validation, datatyping and constraining CML documents and XSLT Stylesheets for transforming, filtering and rendering.

Use this suite of Application Programming Interface (API) platforms to share web content across multiple channels. Dicom storage service - DcmStoreService is a lightweight and robust package for implementing the Dicom Storage SCP Service. The application (C++ compiled x86/x64) runs on computer as automatic MS Windows system service (24 hrs). It has a variety of customizable options.

PING is a distributed, web-based, personally controlled electronic medical record system that is accessible to the nomadic user and built to public standards. The PING project includes a pluggable web services API and numerous client applications.

The simple program is a Witleaf handheld pulse oxymeter BIN file format data decoder. It reads BIN-files produced by popular professional pulse oxymeters manufactured by Shenzhen Witleaf Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. (like the WIT-S300 shown in the photo on the project icon) and produces a CSV-formatted output with the extracted data to stdout (gets printed to the console if not directed otherwise). The dcmrelay is a set of utilities to relay dicom images or studies from dicom compliant modalities to different remote destinations where those images are needed for teleradiology, diagnosis or archive purposes. It mediates and anonymize images.

DicomReader is a simple Java Dicom files decipher. It handles headers and images within as well; data (headers and pixel-value images) will be saved into ascii clear text files. A pgm version of the image files is also provided.

FieldTrip is the Matlab toolbox for EEG and MEG data. It includes algorithms for simple and advanced analysis, such as importing, preprocessing, time-frequency analysis, source reconstruction, statistical testing and connectivity analysis.

The HealthQuilt project is a collection of Health Information tools released by the HealthQuilt team. This tools include CCR tools, as well as tools to improve the quality and coordination of healthcare.

Hybrid HL7 is a hl7 file viewer that loads the file into a tree that breaks down the entire file into Segments, Components, and Sub-Components.It makes the reading of the files simple by making it so you don't need to count the pipes any more. I will be adding more features and improvements so please post some reviews and include ideas on features that would be nice to include.

bruread is a program to read and display NMR data in the Bruker XWIN-NMR format. The program has a command-line interface and a graphic display based on gnuplot. - Note that this is only an NMR spectrum *viewer*, not a full-fledged data evaluation suite
