Interested candidates can submit challenge against the JEE Mains provisional answer keys (if any) online by paying non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged as per the procedure. The last date to submit challenge(s) against the JEE Mains 2024 answer key is February 8, 2024.
JEE Main Answer Key 2024: Steps to raise objections
Step 1: Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in
Step 3: A new window will open, login with your Application Number and Date of Birth enter the Security PIN as
displayed and submit.Step 4: Now click on 'Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key.'
Step 5: You will see the Question IDs in the sequential order for JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024).
Step 6: The ID next to the question under the column 'Correct Option' stands for the most appropriate Answer Key by NTA.
Step 7: If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box.
Step 8: Upload supporting documents for which you can select Choose File and Upload (all documents to be put in a single PDF file).
Step 9: After clicking your desired option, scroll down and 'Save you claim' and move on to the next screen.
Step 10: You will see a display of all the Option IDs you have challenged and now click on 'Save your claim and Pay Fee finally.'

It shall be noted that if challenge(s) made by the candidate is found correct, the JEE Main answer key 2024 will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised final answer keys, the result will be prepared and announced. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/nonacceptance of his/her challenge. The Keys finalised by the experts after the settlement of the challenge will be final.
