I originally booked a call to cancel…

I originally booked a call to cancel our subscription with AddingWell because, to be honest, we weren’t seeing any clear value.

However, after joining the call and explaining our situation, the team took a deep look into our setup. As I’m writing this review, we’ve already had our third one-hour support call with them.

Lucas has been incredibly patient, walking me through every detail of our Shopify store—not just the parts related to AddingWell, but also providing valuable recommendations to improve our overall setup. He makes sure everything is configured correctly and efficiently, and I’m learning a lot from him.

We also have more support calls scheduled in the coming weeks. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of support, education, and care they provide to each client.

Great team & great product

I've been using Addingwel's solution for over a year and a half now, and I'm just as satisfied today as I was on day one. The team is responsive, highly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do — special thanks to Lucas, Simon, and Jérôme for their support.

The pricing is fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprise charges if you go over a certain number of requests. I also really appreciate the reliability of my tracking setup — it's solid and gives me confidence in my data.

Highly recommended.

Solution server side simple à mettre en place, très performante pour un super rapport qualité/prix. !! Déjà installée sur plusieurs sites web, c'est toujours un plaisir de travailler avec Addingwell et ses équipes très compétentes.

Be GDPR compliant with serverside GTM

Adding Well is a great service for proxyfication through server-side GTM. Compared to native servics with Google (AppEngine) , it provides security, reliability, metrics and a many inovative services.
