ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before they ship. Processing times may be longer during holidays or busy periods, and we will update our website if that happens. Packages typically ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If one of these days is a holiday, we will ship your package the day before or the day after. Remember, USPS is closed on national holidays, so they cannot process shipments then.

All perfumes are hand-blended and hand-packaged. There is no fulfillment center or extra staff. When you place an order, the perfumer personally bottles and labels your items and packages your order for shipment, which takes time. After we print your shipping label, you will get an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package as it makes its way to you.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage only. Perfumes must be shipped Ground Advantage with HAZMAT declaration. Shipping rates are calculated using the USPS Real-Time shipping calculator based on package size, weight, and the destination Zone. Please note that USPS delivery estimates reflect the average time a package takes to move through the delivery process once in USPS's possession and do not include order fulfillment time, holidays or delays due to high volume shipping or weather exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

If you are outside the USA and looking to purchase my perfumes, you may buy them from Fragrance Vault, a licensed reseller that ships internationally. Please note that if you are a non-US customer and opt to use a freight forwarding service to repack and reship your order to you, Pure Skin Formulations and Darren Alan Perfumes assume no responsibility for damage, leakage, or missing items that may occur by a third-party repackaging or reshipping your order, or by customs officials opening or inspecting your package.

RETURNS:

Due to cosmetic safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics, personal care products & fragrances/perfumery materials for hygiene purposes, as returned items cannot be resold. Sample sizes are available for all products except the limited-edition fragrances, which are part of the Perfume of the Month Club subscription service. Please try a sample size before purchasing a full-sized product. If there is a problem with your product, please contact me immediately & I will do everything I can to resolve your problem.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE POLICY:

To maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for its staff, Pure Skin Formulations and Darren Alan Perfumes reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to customers. Service may be denied to any customer who disrupts the normal provision of services or whose behavior threatens the safety of the company’s staff and clients.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Unreasonable demands for service

• Threatening or erratic behavior

• Misrepresentation of the need for service

• Personally threatening and offensive language
