First of all, install and enable this module as you would normally do with any other Drupal contrib module. Then, if your site uses CKEditor, it is recommend to add a button in the toolbar to let editors create a new Tooltip with a few clicks of the mouse.

Here's a screenshot of the editor configuration you should have at the end of this process:

  1. Go to Admin > Configuration > Text format and Editors
  2. Select the desired HTML editor (e.g. usually full_html
  3. Drag and drop the Tooltip button in the editor toolbar

  4. Scroll down and activate the Tooltip filter by checking the box
  5. Save the configuration

Done! Your content editors can access the Tooltip button in the WYSIWYG now.

NB: CKEditor4 is the only editor currently supported out-of-the-box.
