A client side Amazon widget.
This widget will hide the amazon fields and show the relevant items for the country code detected.
When the page is loaded, all Amazon items on the page will be initially hidden.
If javascript is enabled, the country code will be detected using geoip and the relevant widgets will be displayed.
If there is any communication problem, the widgets for the default Amazon locale will be displayed. The same happens when the browser doesn't support javascript.
The call to the geoip service will happen on the client side and stored on a cookie for 4 hours.
