Hello,
I try to assigned a new Ticket to a person from the owner organization, but it's not possible.

I have add 3 organization. 2 customers and one owner organization. If I add a ticket for a customers organization I can't assigned it to a poepble from the owner organization. How I can change this?

From a readthrough, we need to check that this is possible and if not, change it. It will probably be quite common to assign to the host org.

Hey Timo,

i am new to drupal and i am trying to organize my site so that the "provider" organization is my company and every other organization is a customer. When i try to create a task or ticket and select a customer organization, it does not allow me to assign any people who belong to my "provider organization to the particular task or ticket. I was wondering if you were able to find a solution to this problem, or know where i should post my question. Thank you
