We are excited to welcome Stefan Lazaridis as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Proximo Spirits U.S. and Canada, effective May 11th. Stefan brings over 20 years of global finance leadership experience across complex, multinational organizations. Most recently, he served as Vice President Finance / Divisional CFO at McCormick & Company, where he led finance for North America Flavor Solutions and Latin America. In this role, he was a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across a highly matrixed organization. Prior to McCormick, Stefan held senior finance leadership roles at Heineken, Stanley Black & Decker, and Reckitt Benckiser, where he built a strong track record in FP&A, business development (including M&A), supply chain finance, and digital transformation. His experience spans North America, Latin America, and global markets, giving him a well-rounded perspective on driving performance in diverse and dynamic environments. Stefan is known for his ability to translate strategy into action, build high-performing teams, and partner cross-functionally to enable strong, data-driven decisions. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our financial capabilities, enabling collaboration across the business, and accelerating performance.
