Always known as “The muscle of  PAMED,” your PAMPAC needs contributions, now more than ever, to increase its  strength as it works to protect physician interests and strengthen medicine in  the Commonwealth. 
What is a political action  committee?
A political action committee,  otherwise known as a PAC, is an organization that pools contributions from  members to donate towards candidates and influencing elections.
Why should I donate to PAMPAC?
PAMPAC is a separate entity from the Pennsylvania Medical Society  (PAMED). Membership in PAMED does not equate to membership in the PAC.
PAMPAC  members are PAMED members and their family members who are interested in making  a positive contribution to the medical profession through the political  process. PAMPAC supports pro-medicine candidates running for the Pennsylvania  state legislature or a statewide office. 
Ongoing  and substantial contributions are what makes a strong PAC and what gives the  PAC its muscle to shape and strengthen Pennsylvania medicine.
