If you are a current or past Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University) student, please e-mail [email protected]. Purdue University transcript services are not available to Purdue Global current or former students.

Please be aware that there is a $10 fee per transcript. Applicable fees and delivery options will be displayed before you submit your order.

National Student Clearinghouse Storefront

For assistance with transcript orders, order status, delivery issues, or technical support, please contact NSC or call 1-703-742-4200 directly.

Apostille and Authentication

An apostille certifies documents for international use in countries participating in the Hague Convention. Only request an apostille if specifically requested by the receiving party. If needed, select "Yes" to the apostille question during the NSC ordering process. Additional shipping fees will apply.

If you graduated from our campus with an Indiana University degree, you can order your transcript online directly from Indiana University Bloomington. For detailed instructions, view the step-by-step guide for ordering your Official Indiana University transcript.

If you are a visiting student but need to request a transcript of classes that you have taken at Purdue Fort Wayne, you can request an official transcript be sent to the school that you attend by submitting a transcript request using the Purdue University Parchment Storefront.

If you are a current student, you can view your unofficial transcript in goPFW through the "Registration" card.
