To upgrade an IP camera's firmware, connect the camera to the same network segment as a PC, run the IPCamSuite program, click detect to display cameras, select the camera to upgrade, browse for the firmware file with a .ROM extension, then click upgrade to complete the process.

Connect IP Camera with intranet Switch or PC
