Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy

Statement

We are committed to meet or exceed customer expectation and requirements,


improving health and safety performance and minimizing the impact of our activity in
environment by:

• Comply with the applicable legal and other requirements where we operate.
• Improving competency and skills through training and awareness
• Improving operational performance through HSEQ objectives and targets.
• Provide a system of work through appropriate technology, tools and procedures
that meet the performance standards.
• Operating our facilities and carrying out our activities in a manner that prevents
harm to the public health and the environment, as well as conserving natural
resources.
• Ensure HSEQ considerations are integrated into all activities and continual
improvement of HSEQ Management Systems.

This policy is applicable to all projects, subcontractors and company personnel.
