Scope of Work for Site Survey and Design SITE SURVEY
1.1. TOOLS
Subcontractor shall provide proper & complete tools for survey:
1.1.1. Digital Camera 1.1.2. Digital Multimeter 1.1.3. Clamp Ampere Meter (AC/DC Current Sensor) 1.1.4. Map & GPS 1.1.5. Personal Computer (Pictures data & daily report purpose) 1.1.6. Measure meter / Laser meter
ACTIVITIES Subcontractor shall perform tasks during Site Survey as follows:
1.1.7. Access to the site [Link]. Check and record the access route to the site. [Link]. Record address of location, draw map of location & GPS site coordinate. [Link]. Record Contact Person Name & Number on the site and all persons involved in
the survey.
[Link]. Get the permission to enter the site 1.1.8. Proposed ZTE Equipment [Link]. Check name of the room of the proposed ZTE equipment. [Link]. Check space availability and marking for ZTE new equipment. [Link]. Dimensioning/metering room and all existing equipment (LxWxH) and sketch as
the site/room layout.
[Link]. Dimensioning/metering all proposed cable connection and sketch in the cable way
layout.
1.1.9. Power Equipment [Link]. Check name of the Room proposed for ZTE Power equipment. [Link]. Check space availability and marking for new power equipment (Rectifier,
Battery).
[Link]. Dimensioning/metering Room and all equipment existing (LxWxH) and sketch as
the site/room layout.
[Link]. Dimensioning/metering all AC/DC power cable connection (Rectifier and
Battery), grounding cable and all ZTE Equipment that needs power resource.
[Link]. Check the real existing capacity & the estimated full capacity of AC/DC power,
record working AC/DC current from each existing breakers.

new ACPDB/DCPDB is needed, marking ACPDB/DCPDB and sketch in the site/room layout. as the cable way layout.

[Link]. Check grounding availability, if new grounding is needed, sketch as the site/room
layout.
1.1.10. Proposed Cable tray [Link]. Check existing cable tray. [Link]. If new cable tray is needed, check dimension of proposed cable tray (LxWxH) and
sketch in the cable way layout.
[Link]. If new cable tray is needed, check cable tray type and the accessories (wall
support, hanger, etc).
[Link]. If new hole is needed for the cable runway or the cable tray, sketch in the cable
way layout.
1.1.11. Pictures / Photos [Link]. Make pictures of site name, site location (outdoor) & access road to site. [Link]. Make pictures for all proposed equipment placement with marking line with some
good angle.
[Link]. Make pictures for all proposed cable tray path to another equipment room. [Link]. Make pictures for new cable tray holes on the wall with marking line. [Link]. Make pictures for all existing equipment in the room near to proposed ZTE
equipment.
[Link]. All pictures/photos must be burned in CDs, put in clear folder name for each site. 1.1.12. General [Link]. Subcontractor shall provide vehicle during survey activities. [Link]. Subcontractor shall perform on site verification as well as initial site survey.
2.
SURVEY REPORT
2.1. Subcontractor shall provide the Complete Survey Report, maximum 2 days after all survey activities
had been done. ZTE will prepare the Survey Report format (template).
2.2. Subcontractor shall provide daily report by email and/or fax all survey activities and general data
survey to ZTE in Excel Format. ZTE will provide the Format Daily Summary Report.
2.3. Subcontractor shall acquire ONU-site 5-year leasing quotation signed from landlord with supporting
document (copy of certificate of land owner, copy of ID, contact information)

DESIGN PACK
3.1. ZTE will provide the format and content of the Design Pack, which will use Auto Cad or Microsoft
Visio for all drawings, include all equipments and all connection between.
3.2. Subcontractor shall produce Design Pack in 3 set hardcopies (one set is submitted for approval and
two sets are submitted as final and revised Design Pack) and 1 set of softcopy (final).
3.3. Subcontractor shall produce 1 softcopy Design Pack shall be in either MSWord Format or Excel
(Site info) and Auto CAD or Microsoft Visio (Drawings).
3.4. Subcontractor shall provide revisions of Design Pack if the ZTEs customer does not approve or
need modifications, wrong data or change equipment position till ZTEs customer agree.
3.5. For the drawing, Subcontractor must create complete and detail dimension for the drawing and use
right and certain scale.
3.6. Any information in Design Pack shall be consistent with Survey Report.
