Position : Associate/Executive - Procurement & Preprocessing

Location: Sidhpur, Gujarat (candidates may be required to travel to


other locations)

Qualification: M.SC/B.Sc Agri/ MBA in Agri

Experience: Minimum 3 years to 10 years (preferably Exposure to Cumin


and Coriander
procurement or pre processing)

Salary: As per the Industry standard

Industry preference: Spice or Agri Commodity

Responsibilities:

Planning
o Understand the market pulse, price, arrivals, trend etc.. and
take business calls

o Drive the entire buying of Seed Spices, understanding the


business requirement

Procurement
o Procure target volumes of whole spice primarily through
AMC/mandi buying and suppliers or farm

o Ensuring trade off in price-quality range of procured material


through rational buying, liquidating position buy stock or using existing
inventory for different orders

Warehouse management
o Plan storage, handling, processing, packaging & shipments of
orders as per delivery schedule and customer requirements

o Coordinate internal movement of stock between storage,


handling & production
o Inventory management and quality control at cold storage,
godown and
handling points
Packaging and shipment
o Ensure product packaging as per customer specifications

o Coordinate with export Logistic team of ILTD for shipments

o Inspection of loading/unloading, storage, packaging and


handling points

Key Skills Required: Market understanding, Good Communication


skills, Good Analytical skills,Product knowledge, Team management

Location:
Gujarat-Sidhpur. Willingness to travel frequently and manage things
across different location.Openness to relocate to any location
