I. General Program Information:
Program Title: A 3-DAY EVENT FOR THE ALUMNI HOMECOMING
ACTIVITIES
Program Description: This 3 – day event for the Alumni Homecoming activities
provides a suitable avenue for the Alumni to gather and
conduct noble activities that will help their Alma Mater. These
activities include Medical and Dental Services, Poster-making
Contest for students, Libreng Gupit and Gift-giving of school
supplies to students who are most underprivileged.
Thus, this proposed 3 – day activity, not only aims to gather the
Alums of Sawata National High School and build a better and
solider Alumni Association but for the Alums to be able to give
back to its Alma Mater by conducting these kinds of activities
for the benefit of the learners.
Prerequisite Pre-planning and designing of activities conference.
Programs: Consultation with fellow Alumni officers.
Consultation with the School Head.
Consultation with the Technical Working Group.
Duration: 3 Day (November 29 – December 1, 2018)

Rationale:
This 3 – day event for the Alumni Homecoming activities provides a suitable avenue for
the Alumni to gather and conduct noble activities that will help their Alma Mater. These
activities include Medical and Dental Services, Poster-making Contest for students,
Libreng Gupit and Gift-giving of slippers, shoes, t-shirts and school uniforms to students
who are most underprivileged.
In addition, Sawata National High School is lucky to have a very active Alumni
Association who is looking out for the welfare and future of their beloved Alma Mater and
is making themselves known through the numerous activities that they wanted to conduct
thru the school.
Methodology:
The organizing committee will coordinate together with the Technical Working Group and
School Head to identify the participants for the contests and activities that require student
participation. Once the list is finalized, a program invitation will be sent out to the
respective individuals required to participate in their respective events.
Because of the limited budget, solicitations will be made by the organizing committee
thru their initiatives.
End of Program Outputs:
Each participant will have attended and participated in:
- Medical and dental services
- Libreng Gupit
- Giving of slippers, shoes, t-shirts and school uniforms
- Poster-making Contest
Expected Final Outcomes/Success Indicators:
- Conducted medical and dental services
- Conducted Libreng Gupit
