assessed and corrective and preventive actions are taken to adhere
the quality standards.
 Changes are monitored and tracked and timely informed vertically
and horizontally. Unnecessary changes to the plan are mostly
prevented.
 Extension of Time Claims and Cost Claims are prepared as per the
situation and timely submitted to buyer/Client.
 Upon completion of project or phase, proper documentation is
maintained for archival and record management. Good and worst
