Appointment Letter
We are pleased to inform that post your interview and discussion with the management, you are appointed as
Teacher in our organization, effective 02nd July 2018.
Your appointment is based on below terms & conditions:
1. Remuneration & Allowance: Your remuneration will be INR 4000 Per Month.
Please refer Annexure A for detailed break up of your salary. Compensation and deductions will be governed by the
rules of the companion subject, as applicable and/or amended hereafter.
2. Salary Revision: Your salary will be reviewed annually on 1 st day of April each year after confirmation, or at such
other time as per management decision. Salary revisions are discretionary and will be subject to, and on the basis of,
effective performance.
3. Working Hours:
a. The working hours are from 8:45 AM to 2:30 PM. (Grace Time Maximum 10 Minutes)
b. Any late marks automatically be marked and deducted from salary.
c. Late Mark Policy: 2 Late Marks = 0.5 Day
d. Any employee coming before 8:45 will be awarded with 1 complimentary late strike-off.
e. Working Days: The working days each month will be from Monday-Friday and 1 st and 3rd Saturday.
f. Each Employee gets 10 Paid Holidays Each Year after confirmation. (April-Mar Pro-Rated Basis)
3. Posting & Transfer: You will be initially posted at Grow Kidz, Ground Floor, I Wing, Sukhwani Enclave, Waghere
Colony 4, Pimpri Gaon. However, your services are liable to be transferred, at the sole discretion of the
management, in such other capacity as the company may determine, to any department/ section location, associate,
and sister concern or subsidiary, at any place in India or abroad, whether existing today or which may come up in
future. In such a case, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of the service applicable at new placement
location.
4. Probation: Your probation period is of Six months, of which first 6 months will be “Performance Review Period”.
Management reserves every right to discontinue your services in case your performance is not satisfactory during
your “Performance Review Period”. The review period or probation can be extended at the sole discretion of
management.
5. Full time employment: Your position is a full time employment with the company and you shall devote yourself
exclusively to the business and interests of the company. You will not take up any other work for remuneration (part
time or otherwise) or work in advisory capacity, or be interested directly or indirectly, in any other trade or business
during your employment with the company.
6. Confidentiality: You will not, at any point of time, during the employment or after, without the consent of the
company disclose or divulge or make public, except on legal obligations, any information regarding the company’s
affairs or administration or research carried out if it is known to you.
7. Intellectual property: If you conceive any new or advanced method of improving design/ process/ formulae/
systems, etc. in relation to the business/ operations of the company, such development will be fully communicated
to the company and will be, and remain, the sole right/ property of the Company.
8. Responsibilities & Duties: Your work in the organization will be subject to the rules and regulations of the
organization as laid down in the relation to conduct, discipline and other matters. You will always be alive to
responsibilities and duties attached to your office and conduct yourself accordingly.
9. Termination of Employment: The company can During the employment period, during or after probation and any
extension thereof, your services may be terminated if found not satisfactory or in any indulgence in illegal or
activities that hamper business values. You are liable to handover any company property, correspondence,
documents, market data, or records belonging to the company or relating to its business and shall not retain or
make copies.
10. Phone Policy: All employees will make sure that they do not use mobile phone under any circumstances. Mobile
phones will be allowed only in extreme emergency cases (To be decided by management on case to case basis)
11. Leaving the Organisation: All Employees must serve minimum 1 months’ notice period; if such notice period is
not served the organisation reserves right to withhold the salary for worked days or not issue any Experience or
Employment Letter.
12. Past Records: If any declaration given, or any information furnished by you, to the company proves to be false,
or if you are found to have wilfully suppressed any material information, in such cases, you will be liable to removal
from your services without any notice or remuneration.
13. Performance:
You will be working as a teacher so parents review will be important criteria for your continuance for your services
being continued with the company. Also, we expect the employee to follow the work hours and complete the KRA
form every quarter, so that management can review the same.
14. Discipline:
a. You shall not refuse to take up any assignment that may be offered to you by the company.
b. You shall not publicly criticize, defame or misrepresent the Company and shall not, knowingly, commit any such
actions which may result in the Company’s image / business being adversely affected.
12. Full & Final Settlement: Your full and final settlement and any dues, will be done after 45 days of you leaving the
company, provided all terms of your employment and leaving the company are fully completed.
13. Medical Fitness:
The appointment is subject to you being, and remaining, medically fit to perform the functions required and such
fitness is subject to interpretations by the company. If any medical issue arises, we leave it to the employee whether
to be on unpaid leave or resign.

You will be entitled to privilege, sick and casual leave as applicable to your category of employees.
It is expected that individual compensation package would not be shared with other employees. Sharing
this information is grounds for dismissal.
The above compensation structure is subject to change without affecting emoluments adversely.
All applicable taxes will be borne by the employee.
