Subject: DHL AWB# (6629189394) said to contain (2 mobile phones).

Dear Ma’am,

We respectfully request for the approval to file and continue the processing for the above-mentioned
shipment which arrived on October 17, 2020.

The shipment was abandoned due to the slow process of DHL express Philippines, the courier delivery
whose obligation is to facilitate the release of the shipment. The shipment was sent from Saudi Arabia
through a door to door delivery mechanism of DHL express and arrived at Sort facility, Manila on 17
October. The clearance event started the following day. I expect DHL express to expedite the release
since they requested me an affidavit that I am the rightful recipient of the shipment. Holidays came in
between the transactions between me and DHL which lead to the shipment to stay longer at the customs.

It is the aforesaid reason that we seek your consideration to hold the issuance of abandonment
proceedings against this shipment. Likewise, we are willing to pay the duties and taxes as assessed by
your office. Thus, despite the delay, we respectfully request your approval to file the entry for this
shipment to enable us to receive the same.

We are hoping that this request will merit your favorable consideration and approval.
