SUBJECT: - LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we please to
appoint you in our organization w.e.f 01-04-2018 as a Structural Engineer. Your
appointment is subject to the terms and conditions appended in the subsequent
paragraphs.
1. REMUNERATION
Your remuneration as per ANNUXER “A” attached herewith.
2. INCREMENT
Increments are entirely merit based, depending on your performance, abilities and
shall always be dependent on the sole discretion and judgement of the company.
3. OTHER BENIFITES
You will be eligible to various benefits such as leave etc. as per the rules of the
company as amended from time to time.
4. ACCOMODATION
Free Bachelors accommodation will be provided. The company may amend the
terms and conditions from time to time, any decision relating to accommodation
shall be dependent on the sole discretion and the judgement of the company.
5. PROBATION, CONFORMATION, SEPARATION:
i. Initially, you will be probation for a period of SIX Months, which can be
further extended at the discretion of the company. On completion of the
probation period, initial or extended, as the case may be your services will be
confirmed in writing.
ii. During the probation period, your services can be terminated without giving
any notice or salary in lieu thereof from either side without assigning any
reasons and neither party shall have any cause of complaint. After successful
completion of your probation period, your service can be terminated by giving
1 Months notice or salary in lieu thereof from either side, without assigning
any reasons and neither party shall have any cause of complaint.
iii.The company reserves its rights to terminate your services without notice in
case of any act of miscount or breach of any of the terms of this employment
implies or expressed on your part of any conduct which is detrimental to its
interests.
6. PLACE OF WORK
Your place of appointment will be at present at AHMEDABAD/GANDHINAGAR. But
you are liable to transferred to another department, post or place whether in
existence or coming into existence hereafter, either at the place of posting or at any
other place where the management may establish/open its new branch later on.
You are liable to be sent on deputation for service at any station and in
any company or any of its holding/subsidiary companies have an interest.
7. RETIREMENT AGE
You shall retire upon completion of the age of 58 years. However the company may
grant extension of the retirement age if you are found physically fit and you possess
special qualifications and experience.
8. GENERAL CONDITION OF WORK
You will be bound by the following:
a. You will not engage in any trade or profession or undertake any employment, full
or part time, while service within the company.
b. You will carry out your duties with diligence and loyalty at all times, keeping the
company’s interest paramount.
c. During the employment, you will bond by company’s policies, rules and
regulations, framed and enforced from time to time inter alia, covering various
aspects of your employment including pay and emoluments.
d. Your employment is subjected to your having been found medically fit at time of
your appointment and remaining fit thereafter.
e. Should you remain absent from work, without reasonable explanation, for more
than seven consecutive days, it will be presumed that you are no longer
interested in working for the company and have abandoned its services, thereby
terminating your contract of service. In such case, you will not be entitled to any
statutory compensation.
f. In case of any dispute arsing in respect of the interpretation of your terms and
conditions of service in the company, the decision of the director shall be final
and bind on you.
g. The terms and conditions of service are confidential and may not be disclosed to
or discussed with anyone.
h. While reporting for the duty, kindly submit copies of your
certificates/testimonials along with the relieving letter of your previous
organization.
9. CONFIDENTIALY CLAUSE
You hereby give an undertaking that during employment you will not take any
copies whatsoever of drawings, plan specifications, reports of any written statement
either prepared by you or any other employee of the company and will not disclose
or communicate to any persons whatsoever, any information of a secret or
confidential nature relating to the trade or business of the company or to any of the
matters mentioned above including methods, process or any appliances used by
company, failing which appropriate action would be taken, including dismissal
from the services.
10. JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising out of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of court of
laws at Gandhinagar in the state of Gujarat.
11. ACCEPTANCE
If you accept the above terms and conditions of the service, please sign and return
the duplicate copy of the appointment letter as a token of your acceptance.

Total Gross Rs. 32000/- p.m.
Your employment is subject to having been found medically fit at time of joining.
You requested to sign the duplicate copy of this letter and return to us and join the duty at
Ahmedabad.
