SUN TRADITIONALS (FACE-TO-FACE/E-LEARNING)

Duration: 1 Day
Target Audience: Rookie Advisors

Sun Traditionals is a 1-day course that aims to help advisors reinforce their product knowledge specifically on the traditional
life insurance products. It also includes supplemental benefits (or riders), sample illustrations, concept selling and the different
uses of dividend and non-forfeiture options to better understand the features of the product.

SUN LIFE TRACK TO ADVISOR ROOKIE TRAINING (S.T.A.R.T)

Duration: 2 Days
Target Audience: Rookie Advisors

This course provides rookie advisors a general orientation and overview of Sun Life and its operation. It discusses the
purpose, mission and benefits of a Sun Life advisor including best practices. It also teaches advisors some selling concepts
using the Money For Life (MFL) framework and challenge them to become Macaulay qualifiers on their first year.

UNDERWRITING ESSENTIALS (FACE-TO-FACE/E-LEARNING)

Duration: 1 Day
Target Audience: Rookie Advisors

Underwriting Essentials is a 1-day course which focuses on the basic underwriting guidelines and processes. The first part
includes underwriting risk factors, concepts of insurable interest, anti-selection, AMLA requirements plus stages of the
application process. This course also provides group activities and a case study workshop.

As a natural springboard for future success in the company, Sun Life places due emphasis
on its Rookie Development Programs (RDPs). The first and most essential is RDP1.
